		<description><![CDATA[Each day we receive many emails asking people to help them save money on their prescription medications.  Finding solutions to these problems is a bit of a process we feel we have down to a science.  A fact many of us never consider (with the exception of that time of year around bathing suit season or New Year&#8217;s) is the benefit of exercise. We see them working out like crazy, but don’t see quite as much about how they eat.  I heard one of the Biggest Loser Trainers on a local radio show recently talking about this subject, and about the strict diet they keep in the house. Concurrently, new statistics from the U.S. government out this week state 34% of American adults age 20 and up are obese.  68% of the same population are overweight. <p style="font-size: 1.05em;">When attacking the issue of obesity, it is important to keep in mind just one equation.  Burn more calories than you take in, and you’ll have a negative calorie count, allowing you to shed those extra and unwanted pounds.</p>
